If you are not completely satisfied with an item, just email us within 14 days of receipt of merchandise to receive a return authorization. Items must be packed carefully and received in undamaged condition.

PLEASE NOTE: because of the expense involved, we are unable to refund Shipping or Handling Charges.

We will exchange the item or refund the purchase price, minus a 25% restocking fee.

Sorry, merchandise returned without authorization will NOT be accepted, nor will credit/refund be issued.
